    Description

    This auction is for a very rare original 1910 era antique Baking Powder advertising tin with a paper label, marked: RAWLEIGH'S PHOSPHATE BAKING POWDER - ONE POUND NET WEIGHT - THE W.T. RAWLEIGH COMPANY - FREEPORT, ILL., U.S.A. - and with an early portrait of Rawleigh, the Directions in English and German, and other promotional literature advertising. This hard to find advertising tin has some chips in the label, some minor specks of rust, the inner top edge is a little crinkled, overall still near very good condition for approx. 110 years old. Please zoom in on all pictures for details. This tin measures 3 1/4" in diameter, 5 1/4" tall, and it weighs 3.5 oz.
