    This 3 pack of genuine AquaClear/Fluval Foam Filter inserts is new.  This will fit the 50/200 sized hang on back filter.
    The sponge is important in trapping particles so the biomax does not become loaded down with debris and shorten it's life.  This sponge is new as well, just no packing. Replace with new sponge every 2 months and rinse in aquarium water when cleaning in between replacements.
