The Makita 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion Cordless Pin Nailer, 23-Gauge (model XTP02Z, tool only), is a hose-free solution for installing casings, decorative trim, molding and baseboards. The XTP02Z is compact and powerful and drives 5 different pin nail lengths (5/8 in., 11/16 in., 1 in., 1-3/16 in. and 1-3/8 in.) with a magazine capacity of up to 120 nails. Using the 18-Volt LXT 4.0Ah battery, the XTP02Z will drive up to 4,250 nails on a single charge. Its part of Makita expanding 18-Volt Lithium-Ion series, the worlds largest cordless tool line-up powered by an 18-Volt Lithium-Ion slide-style battery. Makita 18-Volt Lithium-Ion batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger. For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created Star Protection Computer Controls.
